Friday 13th March 2009 - April Edition Due out 2nd April

We have decided to switch from a weekly publication to become a larger monthly publication, with the first edition in just over two weeks time. This will better cover larger topics, have more complete features, and include more photography projects.

So what can you expect, well a featured topic every month, with good coverage and where possible galleries of photos on some of the locations. Other location guides, photography articles plus projects each month, the photographers diary, and the newsletter itself having more photos and being laid out to highlight more of what is included. A new classified section soon, and other new sections. Each edition will also contain some really good special offers.

It will still be fully indexed, and we will be able to improve on some of our back indexing, that we don't have time for now, and add some other features that will allow you to find what you are looking for.

Some parts have always been monthly, like the photographers diary, and we had plans to have some other items also on a monthly schedule, but found  many of the featured items that we want to cover are far too large to complete in a week, and when we do featured topics that run over several weeks, then nothing else can be covered in those weeks. Working weekly we have found we have had to limit what we can achieve, often leaving over items, that we then have difficulty in catching up later. So we feel publishing monthly would allow us to achieve more for you.

This should also allow us to get out and take more photographs, as our schedules will be less solidly fixed, allow us to plan better the major features and how we get to visit and photograph more major locations that we can write up as location guides, in future many with photo galleries to show you more of what is available at these locations.

The first monthly edition comes out on the 2nd of April, and each future edition will come out on the last day of the month, or where this is not possible for some reason the first of the month following. So this first edition is just over 2 weeks away.
